Urology Clinic; It is a branch responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of the urinary systems of men and women and the reproductive systems of men. With its academic and experienced staff, it offers advanced diagnosis and treatment opportunities for all kinds of urological problems of patients coming from Turkey and abroad.

In our clinic, there are 2 Physician Faculty Members, 2 Chief Assistants, 8 Specialist Doctors, 1 Assistant Specialist Doctor, 23 Service Nurses and 1 Service Nurse in Charge, 8 Operating Room Nurses, 2 Polyclinic Nurses and 6 Secretaries.

Our clinic provides outpatient services in 12 polyclinic rooms located on the 1st floor of the General Hospital Building, Block B. All of our polyclinics serve during working hours every weekday. In addition, there is an Intervention Room in the urology outpatient clinic of our hospital.

There is a 2-bed Urology Service on the 6th floor of the General Hospital Building, Block B. These services serve our patients with a total of 41 beds in 17 single and 12 double rooms. All rooms have a washbasin, bath-toilet and television, refrigerator and companion chair for each patient.

Our clinic has 2 operating rooms in our operating room located on the 2nd floor of Konya City Hospital Central Building. Our operating rooms are equipped with modern equipment and medical devices, and the highest level of security measures have been taken together with the Infection Control Committee to prevent infections.

In our Urology Clinic; Benign and malignant originating from the urinary system in women (kidney, pelvis, ureter, bladder and urethra), reproductive system in men (prostate, seminal vesicle, testis, epididymis and vas deferens, penis and scrotum), adrenal (adrenal gland) and retroperitoneal region Diagnosis and treatment of tumors, cystic masses, congenital disorders, infective diseases, neurological, traumatic and urological problems due to previous surgeries are performed.

Urology Intervention Room and Endoscopy Unit

There is an Intervention Room and an Endoscopy Unit in the Urology Polyclinic of our hospital. In the Endoscopy Unit, cystoscopy, doublej catheter extraction and intravesical BCG applications are performed daily under local anesthesia. In addition, urological interventions under local anesthesia such as urinary catheter insertion, dressing, suture removal, drug administration to prostate cancer patients undergoing hormone therapy, and urethral dilatation are performed under local anesthesia.

Uroflowmetry (Purying Test)

 Especially in the presence of lower urinary tract symptoms such as prostatic hypertrophy and urethral stenosis, the Uroflowmetry test, which is indispensable for most patients, is a primary care screening test, and Uroflowmetry, which is designed in accordance with international standards in our hospital's Urology Polyclinic (General Hospital B Block 1st Floor), provides adequate patient privacy. It is done in the room.

Urodynamics Unit

The urodynamics unit is located in the Urology Polyclinic of our hospital (General Hospital B Block, 1st Floor). The Urodynamic Test is performed in accordance with the International Continence Society Standards.

Stone Crushing Unit

Our Stone Crushing (ESWL) Unit is located on the 1st floor of the Central Building of our hospital. Within the indication, urinary system stones are treated with ESWL method without the need for surgery.
