Communication and Promotion Unit Activities and Duties

  1. Coordinating, planning and carrying out all activities related to the media, communication and promotion of the health facility.
  2. Advising health facility managers on communication, promotion and media relations.
  3. To perform photography, camera shooting, editing and editing, graphic design operations and archiving them in all kinds of events and organizations held in the health facility,
  4. To monitor the news, comments and criticisms related to the health facility in the national and local media (written, visual, audio and internet media), to follow and coordinate the communication process.
  5. To work in coordination with the Press and Public Relations Consultancy and the Administrative Services and Communication Management Department of the General Directorate of Public Hospitals, through the
  6. Provincial Health Directorate to which it is affiliated, in cases where the right to reply, correction and legal process are required regarding the health facility.
  7. To perform photography, camera shooting, editing and editing, graphic design operations and archiving them in the activities and organizations of the health facility, if needed, of the Provincial Health Directorate to which it is affiliated.
  8. To publish and manage the social media accounts of the health facility within the framework of the institutional basic principles and principles of our Ministry.
  9. To prepare press news, press releases and press announcements, to send them to the media organizations in coordination with the Provincial Health Directorate for publication, to include these studies in the news pool of the Ministry, to follow the process, to do archive studies on the subject.
  10. To ensure that the expert opinion, special interview, information, news and shooting requests requested by the media in an official letter are met within the knowledge of the Provincial Health Directorate.
  11. Coordinating and managing all kinds of camera and photo shoots and news production to be made with the signature of the authorities in the health facility.
  12. To design and update the website content of the health facility and to provide headline news and to work in coordination with the relevant units of the Ministry on these issues.
  13. To carry out coordinated studies with the relevant units of national and international institutions and organizations regarding the best way to promote the health facility.
  14. To promote the health facility nationally and internationally in accordance with the health tourism policies of our Ministry and to coordinate its execution with mass media.

  16. To coordinate and work in cooperation with the Provincial Health Directorate, the General Directorate of Public Hospitals, the Administrative Services and Communication Management Department and the Press and Public Relations Consultancy.
