Having the ability to strengthen the individual physically, psychologically and socially through protective, developing and rehabilitative interventions, establishing therapeutic communication with patients and their families, adapting to developments in health science and technology and new treatment and care methods, and having the competence to meet urgent, critical and complex patient care needs. The "Intensive Care Nursing Certified Training Program", which we carry out to train intensive care nurses with advanced problem-solving skills, was successfully completed between 04.09.2023 and 13.10.2023 with our trainees participating from our hospital and different institutions.
