Our 42-year-old male patient, who was brought to the Orthopedics and Traumatology Clinic of our hospital as a result of a traffic accident in Aksaray, underwent Pelvis and Acetabulum Surgery Op. Dr. Mehmet KILIÇ and Op. Dr. It was successfully carried out by Ahmet YURTERİ.

Elvan YILMAZ, who has been living in Austria for 30 years, had a traffic accident during her visit to Aksaray. As a result of the examination and radiographs taken as a result of the accident, acetabulum (hip socket) fracture and subtrochanteric (upper region of the thigh bone) open fracture of the femur were diagnosed.

As a result of the two-stage surgical intervention applied to our patient, a nail operation was performed on the femur region only 48 hours after the trauma. Then, in the second stage, which was performed 6 days later, Acetabulum Surgery was successfully performed with the Modified Stoppa approach, and he was discharged with full recovery.
