Our hospital provides diagnosis, treatment, surgical intervention, and follow-up services to international patients in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health. Services offered within the scope of health tourism are planned based on the medical evaluation of the relevant specialty branches, and all procedures are carried out in line with public hospital standards. 2. Which quality and regulatory standards does your hospital follow?
Our hospital operates as a public healthcare institution affiliated with the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health. All healthcare services are carried out in compliance with the Ministry of Health regulations and guidelines, the Patient Rights Regulation, and infection control and patient safety protocols. Medical practices are performed in accordance with up-to-date scientific guidelines.
3. How does the diagnosis and treatment process work?
Patients who wish to receive services within the scope of health tourism can contact the health tourism unit via WhatsApp at +90 332 310 54 03 or by email at konyach.medtourism@saglik.gov.tr. Patients share their existing test results, examinations, and if available, epicrisis reports via WhatsApp or email. These documents are evaluated by the relevant physician. Based on the physician’s assessment, the patient’s eligibility for treatment is determined and appointments are scheduled for suitable patients. The process continues with the patient’s admission and registration at the hospital, followed by the necessary examinations and treatment procedures. After the completion of treatment, discharge procedures are carried out.
4. How are international patient fees determined?
Fees for international patients are calculated according to the Public Healthcare Services tariff determined by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health. Costs may vary depending on examinations, diagnostic tests, surgical or medical procedures, length of hospital stay, and the medical supplies and medications used.
5. What are the qualifications of your doctors?
Our physicians are experienced doctors who have completed their specialty training in their respective fields. Treatments are carried out in accordance with current medical protocols.
6. Do you provide interpreter support?
Communication support is provided to international patients when needed. It is recommended to specify your language preference during the appointment stage.
7. Do you provide transportation and accommodation services?
Our hospital does not provide accommodation services. Transportation and accommodation arrangements are the responsibility of the patient.
8. What in-hospital facilities are offered to patients within the scope of health tourism?
Single VIP patient rooms are allocated for patients receiving services within the scope of health tourism. These rooms are specially designed to enhance patient comfort and ensure a more comfortable treatment process. In addition, facilities such as a cafeteria, ATM, pharmacy, gift shop, and small market areas are available within the hospital to meet patients’ daily needs.
9. Do you provide support for visa procedures?
Our hospital does not provide visa or invitation letter services.
10. How is the post-treatment follow-up process managed?
Follow-up appointments are scheduled when necessary. After returning to their home countries, patients can consult physicians in their own countries using their epicrisis reports.
